Best Gym on the NE side of Houston hands down. The culture/energy/old school equipment makes this gym elite for the Houston area. •24hr access • child care • tons of equipment • posing room I’ve been training here since Jan.26 and come sometimes 2x in the morning and evenings. In the AM it’s not busy, people are there to put in the work and get out, goal driven but friendly. In the evenings there is a lot more traffic but rarely have to wait for a piece of equipment. It’s a younger crowd but they are there to work/train, not to play or socialize. I also appreciate the lighting, it’s darker, I don’t feel like I’m under a spot light. In the short time I’ve been a member, they have had local vender events, Easter Egg hunt with great giveaways and recently a posing clinic with IFBB pros like Branch Warren. The staff does a great job keeping the common areas clean and they are very welcoming and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I are new to the area and when looking for a gym came across HellHound and so happy we did-definitely the kind of gym we look for. Happy to be working out here!

This gym perfectly blends old-school grit with a touch of modern style. The standout feature is definitely the classic iron plates and dumbbells, it really gives off that authentic Arnold-era feel that’s hard to find these days. The space is incredibly clean, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it a great place to focus on your workouts. Everyone, from members to staff, is friendly and supportive, which creates a positive environment all around. The trainers are knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced in what they do. Overall, this is an amazing gym with great energy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a solid place to train!

While other so called gyms are doubling down on cryo beds, and massage chairs, Hellhound Gym invests in what matters, weights and machines. This gym has everything you need and more. Couldn't be happier with the environment that this gym has, the sound of metal clanking as you lift, and lighting that feels like a gym not an operating room. I highly reccomend choosing Hellhound Gym.

I've been going to Hellhound Gym for about 3 months now, and it's an awesome place! The equipment is top-notch, with a huge variety to choose from so you can always get a great workout. I love that they offer 24/7 access—you can come in any time of day, which means no excuses. The atmosphere is really positive and welcoming. They even have a daycare, which is super convenient if you need to bring the kids—just schedule your appointment ahead of time. There’s also a relaxing area where you can get in the right mindset to crush your goals, and a separate room to practice your poses if you’re into that. Plus, there are plenty of treadmills and stair masters, so you never have to wait to get your cardio in. Highly recommend this gym!
